Shipping Policy

All domestic orders shall be processed and delivered within five (5) to seven (7) business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). All international orders shall be processed and delivered within seven (7) to ten (10) business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). While we make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, you acknowledge that potential delays caused by factors such as high order volumes, customs inspections, courier or postal service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur. In such instances, we shall not be held liable for delays beyond the stated delivery time frames.
